Phase 01

Foundations

Onboarding + diagnostic. Baseline Employability Score. Cognitive-level mapping per Bloom. Instructor team paired to specialisation. Pre-reads enabled on APEX.

Phase 02

Build

Classroom training in full force. Technical, communication, aptitude, interview prep. Minor capstones ship on ENGAGE. Continuous EXCEL assessments — no surprises at the end.

Phase 03

Sharpen

Major capstone + interview readiness. Company-wise mock prep. Resume rebuild. Live HR-round simulations. Profiles surface to partner employers on EMPOWER.

Phase 04

Employ

Recruiter-led drives + ongoing support. 1-on-1 mocks, employer matchmaking, role-pattern coaching. Engagement runs the full two-year window.

What Pro commits to.

Most engagements end at "we delivered the syllabus." Skillencio engagements end at outcomes that hold up under placement-cell, leadership and recruiter scrutiny. Five commitments we put on paper before the engagement starts — locked at discovery, tracked live, reconciled at exit.

Per-dimension Employability Score deltas, against baseline

Locked per the cohort's engagement plan — Technical/Domain, Aptitude, Communication, Behavioural — measured from discovery baseline to programme exit.

02 · Band targets

Drive-readiness band targets by Semester 6

Agreed-upon percentage of cohort moving into Ready and Strong readiness bands, locked at discovery, tracked continuously through Stage 2 live scoring.

03 · Drive forecasts

Per-recruiter-tier eligibility forecasts before every drive

60 days before each drive cycle — IT services, product brands, top-tier recruiters — eligible student count is forecast and shared with the placement cell to inform recruiter invite decisions.

04 · Closing-the-cycle

Closing-the-cycle verification on every remediation

Students don't come off-flag without a re-test pass in the same dimension. Verifiable improvement claim per student per remediation cycle — captured longitudinally as part of the engagement record.
