The build process

How a Plus cohort is built.

Four conversations, four artifacts. From institutional brief to first classroom hour — typically 4–6 weeks.

Phase 01

Consult

Discovery with your team. Roles you hire for, stack you teach, gaps you see. We map your brief against the 11-specialisation menu and identify the modules that fit.

Phase 02

Scope

Curriculum spec in writing. Modules, hours, sequence, capstone scope, instructor team — all signed off. Nothing starts until you've approved this.

Phase 03

Build

Cohort + content ready. Pre-reads loaded on APEX. Capstone scoped on ENGAGE. Instructor team paired and rehearsed. EXCEL assessment bank tuned to your stack.

Phase 04

Run

70 hours + capstone live. Classroom training begins. Capstone runs in parallel from week 4. Continuous EXCEL assessment. Employability assistance turns on at graduation.

Plus runs the same methodology as Pro on a shorter window. Three commitments we put on paper — locked at discovery, tracked live, reconciled at exit.

Per-dimension Employability Score deltas, against baseline

Discovery baseline measured before kickoff. Programme-exit score reconciled against agreed delta — across the four dimensions scoped to the cohort's brief.

02 · Band targets

Drive-readiness band targets at programme exit

Agreed-upon percentage of the cohort moving into Ready and Strong bands by the end of the engagement, with live tracking through Stage 2 scoring.

03 · Live reporting
