01 Acceptance of terms

By accessing, browsing or using this Site — or by submitting an enquiry, requesting a report, downloading a resource or otherwise engaging with us through the Site — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws and regulations of India.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an institution, company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and references to “you” include that organisation.

02 About Skillencio & scope of services

Skillencio is an employability and campus-skilling company that partners with colleges, universities, foundations and employers across India. Through our programs and platform we deliver structured skilling, practical learning, assessment and placement preparation designed to make graduates job-ready.

Our services, as described on the Site, may include:

• Employability and skilling programs — including our Empower programs (Pro, Plus and Edge) and related tiers, training tracks and capstone projects.
• Assessment and measurement — the Employability Score and the Placement Readiness Index (PRI), together with the underlying assessment methodology and the reports generated from them.
• Placement preparation and assistance — profile building, interview readiness, hiring-partner access and related placement support, where offered.
• Downloadable resources — sample reports, brochures, methodology documents and other materials we choose to make available.

The Site is primarily an informational and lead-capture channel. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, duration and commercial terms of any program or engagement are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or order form entered into between Skillencio and the relevant institution, organisation or individual. Where any such agreement conflicts with these Terms in respect of that engagement, the terms of that agreement prevail for that engagement. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any service, program or feature at any time.

03 Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you are able to form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Site and our services are intended for institutions, organisations and individuals engaging with us for education and employability purposes. If you are a minor, you may use the Site and our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian or your educational institution, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

04 Use of the site & acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

• use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or is fraudulent, harmful or deceptive in purpose or effect;
• scrape, harvest, crawl, copy, mirror or otherwise systematically extract data or content from the Site, except as permitted by our robots directives or with our prior written consent;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt the Site, its servers, or any connected network or system;
• introduce viruses, malware or any other malicious or harmful code, or conduct any automated or excessive-load activity (including denial-of-service activity);
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, methodology or underlying logic of the Site, our assessments or our scoring systems;
• submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, misleading or that you do not have the right to submit; or
• use the Site or any content from it to build, train or improve a competing product, service or dataset.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are misusing the Site.

05 Enquiries & the information you submit

When you submit an enquiry, book a call, request a report or otherwise share information through the Site, you agree to provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for any consequences of submitting inaccurate or incomplete information.

We may use the contact details and other information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to schedule and conduct calls (including through third-party booking tools), to share relevant information about our programs, and as otherwise described in our Privacy PolicyTerms. Submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation on Skillencio to provide any service, and does not by itself form a binding services contract.

06 Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layouts, design, copy, reports, brochures and software — is owned by or licensed to Skillencio and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws of India and other countries.

The Skillencio name, logo and wordmark, the names of our programs (including APEX, ENGAGE, EXCEL and EMPOWER), the Employability Score and the Placement Readiness Index (PRI), and the assessment and scoring methodology that underpins them, are the proprietary marks and intellectual property of Skillencio. Nothing in these Terms or on the Site grants you any right or licence to use them.

You may view and, where a download is expressly offered, download content for your own lawful, internal and non-commercial reference. Except for that limited use, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, licence or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

07 Third-party links & services

The Site may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, tools and services — for example, scheduling and booking tools (such as Zoho), analytics, maps or social platforms. These are provided for convenience only.

We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party site, tool or service, or for its content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and is governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy policy, which you should review.

08 Downloads & reports

Sample reports, employability and PRI reports, brochures, methodology documents and other downloadable materials are provided on an “as is” basis, for your information only.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, such materials — and in particular any individual or cohort report, sample report, or Employability Score / PRI output — are confidential and are provided solely for your internal evaluation. You agree not to redistribute, publish, resell or share them outside your institution or organisation, and not to use them for any purpose other than the one for which they were provided. Figures, benchmarks and illustrative samples may use representative or anonymised data and should not be treated as a guarantee of any particular result.

09 No guarantee of outcomes or placement

Our programs, assessments and placement support are designed to improve employability and readiness. However, employment, placement, salary, interview or examination outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control — including each individual’s effort, ability and conduct, market conditions, employer decisions and institutional cooperation.

Accordingly, except where a specific written commitment is expressly set out in a signed agreement between you and Skillencio, we do not guarantee any job, placement, salary, score, ranking or other outcome. Any statistics, ranges or illustrative figures shown on the Site are indicative only and are not a promise of results for any individual or cohort.

10 Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, or that any information on it is complete, accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skillencio, its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site, its content, or any downloadable resource — whether based in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law. Where our liability cannot be wholly excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Skillencio and its directors, officers, employees, agents and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or its content, or your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party.

12 Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of personal information through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Site, you also acknowledge and agree to the practices described in that policy.

13 Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

You agree that the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, and you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14 Changes to these terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law or our practices. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page. Material changes take effect when published on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms, so please review this page periodically.
