Pipeline lifecycle

Four steps. No retraining. Engagement runs one full year from program start.

Phase 01

Onboarding

Cohort handoff + Employability Score. Each student takes the baseline assessment. Profiles created on EMPOWER. Recruiter-side metadata tagged: stack, role, location preference.

Phase 02

Profile rebuild

Resume + LinkedIn rebuild · 1-on-1. Done by program coaches against employer-side rubrics — not generic templates. Profiles surface to partner employers on EMPOWER once approved.

Phase 03

Match

Recruiter-led hiring drives — live shortlists, technical and HR rounds run by partner hiring teams. Cohort competes alongside Pro & Plus students in the same Opportunities pool.

Phase 04

Employ

Continued matching + employer outreach. Engagement window runs the full year — candidates who don't get employed in early drives stay on the platform with active recruiter visibility.

Per-recruiter-tier eligibility forecasts before every drive

After the baseline Employability Score is administered, the cohort is segmented against recruiter cut-offs. The placement cell sees realistic drive volumes 60 days out — IT services, product brands, top-tier — before recruiter invites go out.

02 · Recruiter pipeline

Recruiter pipeline visibility through EMPOWER opportunities

Cohort surfaces in Skillencio's recruiter network. Anonymised profiles pre-shortlist, identity reveals after recruiter expresses interest. Live visibility on which recruiters are scanning, who's shortlisted, who's interviewing.

03 · Live reporting

Live placement-cycle reporting for the cell and leadership

Drive-by-drive metrics: eligible, appeared, cleared rounds, offered, accepted. Cycle-level rollups per-cohort and per-branch. Sample report →
